Mentioned this to someone and they said 'why don't you ask in the suggestions area?'. So I have.
Now before anyone thinks this is plain silly, shouldn't prospective subs know how to cook and bake? Why should the dom/mes do all of the cooking or cleaning, for that matter?

I like it! A sub that can cook well is always appreciated at my place!

Well I find that even with Comet, I'm doing far too much scrubbing when cleaning my tub. I'd like a stronger product that can do the heavy work for me. Any suggestions?
A sub who can cook in the kitchen has a better chance of cooking in the bedroom later ... the rest of us have to order out skillfully ...

Ahh yes wist - you do get it! :)
And les - you need to learn to work smarter, not harder - do what I do - simply spray your tub and shower after every use with Tilex Daily Shower Cleaner - 30 seconds a day well spent - I never ever have to scrub!

i do most of the housework, The rule in our house is my Fiance / Mistress can do housework if She wishes but She is not obliged to, As for cooking we share that as its something She enjoys. i keep hoping She will let me buy a maids outfit to wear when i'm cleaning but so far no luck:(. i think it would be a good idea to have recipes and any other useful advice to help us become better domestic slaves, After all being a slave is not just about sex

I don't understand how people say they cannot cook. Maybe I just take it for granted. Perhaps I should start a new career as a cooking instructor :)

Oh yeah, here's a helpful tip for the submissive cook: Always wear at least an apron when cooking!

@FIH I have my moments.
And good idea to wear something when cooking, especially if frying something. Also never wear nice clothes*, because sooner or later you're gonna get a splatter that no amount of detergent will remove.

Hawkwood - you DEFINITELY could moonlight as a cooking instructor for subs! As for an apron - a wrinkled shop apron doesn't quite cut it....try to find something....cuter?

There has to be some truth in this, Wist....my ex-husband was capable of burning water and proved to be similarly inefficient in the bedroom. Julian, on the other hand, is a marvellous cook and, well....we've chatted often enough about it, you know where this is leading....

Sounds like the perfect place for my recipe for grilled Kansas City style St. Louis short ribs!
