For some reason I hardly ever produce any pre-cum. Does anyone have any tips for how to get any? I've tried teasing the cock head imensely but are there any other tips?

Some folks just produce more than others... and more on some days than others...

Extended arousal usually builds the most for me... stroking, staying hard and close to orgasm gets me 'flowing'... otherwise I don't get much either.

i didn’t think i produced any precum until my Goddess educated me, and got me rock hard and well teased. (She also seems to have a never-ending list of interesting things to do with precum. If produced, one way or another, it will not go to waste). On the other hand, i also find that when i am not under Her direct custody, but teasing myself alone, i have very little during stroking, but a fair quantity of precum after the session has ended and when i am only partially hard or even totally soft. As bill pointed out, individual precum quantity seems to be dependent on day, time, need, physical condition,and circumstance, assuming that you produce it at all.

At any rate, what ever you do produce, for heavens sake don't squander it!
