Girlfriend out of town tease

My girlfriend is going to be out of town for about the next 1.5 months. Although to this point she hasn't really teased me more than a little, she knows about my fetish.

Well as I've been keeping track of in my journal, I haven't come for a while. My problem is that when I have a hard time keeping my hands to myself when I am so horny. I have been touching myself extra beyond what she said even know I really want to follow her rules. It makes me sad that I don't have the will power to do what she says. And of course the more extra time I touch myself the more likely I am to mess up and cum, and I really don't want to do that.

Well anyway, what I'm asking is for some help devising some punishments that she could have me do to myself (seeing as how she is a couple states away). She is a sweetheart and can't think of anything that will really deter me. So what I'm wanting is:

and

2. Punishment for cumming without permission, strong enough to make sure I try my best not to.

I know I'm asking for a lot, but I'm just not very creative in this area... I would also like it to be something that she would enjoy if possible, but if not that's allright.
