If you are out to create "cumsicles" or "cum cubes" you will need to empty the sub at least daily, and perhaps preferrably multiple times in the day. An ice cube actually contains a bit more liquid than you might think, and unless your sub is some kind of "johnny wad" it will take multiple efforts to fill the cube. In addition, in today's "frost free" freezers a bit of the effort will evaporate away in the extremely dry atmosphere.
